.The Opportunity
Megacom is seeking an experienced
Head of Production
to lead ourmetal fabrication and signage operations
. You will overseeend-to-end production
, ensuringhigh-quality, on-time delivery
while drivingprocess efficiency and innovation
.Key Responsibilities
Lead the
production team
and manage allsignage and fabrication projects
.Ensure
quality, safety, and timelines
are consistently met.Collaborate with
marketing, sales, and project teams
on deliverables.Optimize
production processes
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree
in Production Management, Engineering, or related field.5+ years of proven experience
in production management, preferably insignage, fabrication, or construction-related projects.
Strong knowledge of
metal fabrication, signage production processes, and materials.
Proficient in
project management tools and production planning software.
Excellent
leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of
budgeting, cost control, and quality standards.
