- Operations & Support Executive, Arabic Speaking
- Location : JLT, Dubai
- Company Name : Travel Designer DMCC
- The candidate will be responsible for to check reservations made into the hotels through B2B portal
- The candidate will beresponsible for reconfirmations of bookings with hotels across the globe Communicating with hotels for reservations made into the system
- Need to assist Travel Agents for any query related booking
- Need to update the system and to Operations Team for confirmations received through hotels
- Handling queries for Travel agents and customers
- Online reservation for Hotels
- Taking inbound Calls related to Hotel Reservations, Sightseen Seeing & Transfer
- Coordinating with suppliers for queries related to reservation.
