Job Description
Tasks will include:
- Order management from different online platforms (B2B & B2C)
- Order management from different physical retailers or businesses
- Coordinating order delivery & cash collection with 3PL
- Creating invoices for B2B orders
- Master data management
- Pricelist management
- Stock tracking & reports
- Writing basic product description
- Manage our own website, product listing, keyword optimization, etc.
- Maintaining product catalog
- Customer service, managing emails, whatsapp & calls with our B2C customers
