The Operation Executive - Outbound is responsible for managing all outbound warehouse and logistics activities within a
JAFZA environment
, ensuring timely, compliant, and accurate dispatch of goods. This role requires hands-on experience inJAFZA regulations, documentation, and gate-pass processes
.Key Responsibilities
Manage all outbound dispatches from
JAFZA warehouse
as per delivery schedules Ensure compliance withJAFZA free zone regulations and procedures
Prepare and verifyJAFZA gate pass, delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, and export documents
Coordinate with transporters, customs, and JAFZA gate authorities Oversee picking, packing, labeling, and loading of shipments Track dispatches and update internal teams and customers Ensure accuracy between physical stock and system records (ERP/WMS) Handle urgent and priority shipments efficiently Resolve shipment delays, documentation issues, and delivery discrepancies Ensure safety, security, and compliance inside the JAFZA warehouseMandatory Requirements
Minimum 2-5 years of JAFZA outbound operations experience
Strong knowledge ofJAFZA gate pass, free zone export procedures, and transport clearance
Experience handlingcustoms documentation and bonded shipments
Hands-on experience withERP / WMS systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
