Prepare contracts, proforma invoices, and shipment documents
Plan shipments, secure bookings, track ETAs and transit status
Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, CHAs, suppliers, and insurers
Handle insurance requirements, policy issuance, and claims
Verify and arrange timely issuance of original shipment documents and provide to clients
Collect and check freight invoices, ensure timely payments
Maintain freight rate records and monitor shipment progress daily
Support other office functions as required
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years
in logistics, operations, or export documentation
Strong knowledge of
insurance documentation & claims
(advantage)
Excellent command of
English
Diligent, methodical, and responsible personality
Ability to
Al Rigga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
