Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export logistics for shipping operations across key routes
• Monitor cargo movement, resolve issues, and ensure timely documentation and clearance
• Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and customs to streamline processes and reduce delays
• Maintain accurate shipment tracking and prepare regular operational reports
• Analyze shipping data to identify areas for cost efficiency and service improvement
• Ensure compliance with UAE trade and customs regulations
• Support internal teams with logistics documentation and port clearances
• Address escalations and proactively troubleshoot supply chain disruptions

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: 3-5 years in shipping coordination or freight operations within the GCC
Skills:

• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and documentation
• Familiarity with port and customs clearance procedures
• Proficiency in logistics software and MS Excel
• Effective communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
