The role requires strong coordination with Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Insurance underwriters, ensuring accurate quotations, compliance with underwriting requirements, and timely issuance of policies.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle motor insurance enquiries shared by the respective teams and promptly provide quotations through respective channels.
Prepare accurate, competitive, and comprehensive quotations aligned with the Advisor's strategy for each inquiry.
Manage the entire process from quotation to binding and ensure a smooth transition for policy issuance.
Verify the validity of customer documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness of details prior to submission.
Navigate insurer portals with efficiency to generate and procure terms.
Provide administrative support, including the preparation of reports, the circulation of policy documents, and following the company's workflow processes.
Support Sales Advisors with follow-ups, maintaining updated documentation, and generating timely reports.
Collect, review, and follow up on client information and documents through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Determine the eligibility of clients by matching submitted information against insurer requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, insurance regulations, and internal operational standards.

Strong knowledge of motor insurance products and underwriting requirements.
Proficiency in using insurance portals and Microsoft Office tools.
