About the role

We're looking for a Creative Operations Executive to join nuja inc. on a short-term maternity cover contract. This is not a back-office ops role -- it's for someone who understands how creative teams work and thrives in the fast, messy, brilliant world of brand and content.

You'll be the one keeping projects organised, clients updated, timelines clear, and the team on track. You're not expected to design or write, but you should absolutely understand how those processes work.

What you'll be doing

Support the team in planning and managing timelines for multiple creative and brand projects Handle project coordination across internal and client-facing deliverables (decks, shoots, content, etc.) Keep tasks updated on our project management tools and trackers Chase approvals, close feedback loops, and nudge things forward when they get stuck Help manage day-to-day communication with clients (no strategy, just logistics) Schedule meetings, take notes, and track follow-ups Coordinate with our in-house creatives (writers, designers, editors) to ensure clarity and deadlines

You're a great fit if you

Have 2-3 years of experience working in a creative agency or in-house brand team (absolute must) Are organised, detail-oriented, and love a good tracker Communicate clearly and confidently in writing and in meetings Understand the rhythm of creative work -- timelines, revisions, feedback, chaos Stay calm under pressure and are naturally good with people Can juggle 10 things and still follow up on number 11

Bonus points if you

Have used tools like ClickUp, or Slack Have helped coordinate video or photo shoots Enjoy process-building or improving how things run

Working structure

Based in Dubai, mostly on-site at our Motor City studio Hybrid flexibility possible after onboarding (2-3 days per week in-office minimum) Working hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday Since this is a 3-month contract for a maternity cover, no employment visa will be provided.
