Job Description

The Operations Executive - Export is responsible for managing and coordinating all export-related activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to international clients. This role involves handling documentation, liaising with freight forwarders and customs authorities, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of export logistics and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor all export shipments from order placement to final delivery. Prepare and verify export documentation including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions. Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure smooth logistics operations. Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies. Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders. Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and documentation. Resolve any issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies in shipments. Support the finance team with documentation for payment processing and audits.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in export operations or international logistics. Knowledge of Incoterms, export documentation, and customs procedures. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
