to manage the day-to-day operations of our Holiday Homes portfolio. The role involves coordinating guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor management to ensure smooth operations and high guest satisfaction while complying with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of holiday homes, ensuring properties are guest-ready at all times
Coordinate check-ins and check-outs, guest communication, and issue resolution
Manage housekeeping schedules, inspections, and quality control
Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with vendors and technicians
Monitor property condition and report damages or required improvements
Ensure compliance with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) / DET Holiday Homes regulations
Maintain accurate records of bookings, inventories, and operational reports
Assist in onboarding new properties and preparing them for listing
Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
Support management with operational planning and performance tracking
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, property management, or holiday home operations.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus).
Familiarity with DTCM regulations and short-term rental systems.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Flexible with working hours and available for emergency calls.
