We are seeking a hands-on, organized, and proactive

Operations Manager

to oversee the daily management of our holiday home rental operations. This role is key to ensuring smooth property turnovers, guest satisfaction, and efficient coordination across all departments (cleaning, maintenance, admin, guest services).

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of holiday homes (bookings, check-ins, check-outs) Manage and schedule housekeeping, maintenance, and inspections Monitor property performance and occupancy rates Ensure all properties are clean, maintained, and guest-ready Handle escalated guest issues or complaints in a professional manner Support and train admin and operations staff as needed Track operational KPIs and prepare reports for management Maintain vendor relationships (cleaning companies, suppliers, maintenance teams) Ensure compliance with local rental regulations and safety standards

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in operations or hospitality/property management Strong leadership and organizational skills Problem-solving mindset and ability to make quick, sound decisions Proficient with booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) Comfortable with spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and property management software Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Fluent in English (other languages are a plus) Valid driver's license (if role involves on-site visits)

Preferred Skills:

Experience with PMS tools (Guesty, Hostaway, Lodgify, etc.) Knowledge of local short-term rental laws Background in hospitality, real estate, or logistics
