The Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing the comprehensive management of invoice submissions from corporate customers, handling customer refunds, and managing agreement extensions. This role ensures adherence to established guidelines, processes, and policies while supporting stakeholders and customers effectively. The role's success is measured by timely and accurate invoicing activities and efficient processing of customer-related transactions.
What You Will Do: Invoice Management
Prepare and submit monthly lease invoices for corporate customers via email or designated portal, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Generate and share Salik invoice reports with customers according to agreed SLAs, supporting timely billing and financial accuracy.
Consolidate and submit miscellaneous invoices for damages, traffic fines, excess mileage, and delay charges according to the invoice generation schedule three times a month.
Customer and Contract Management
Manage the customer refund process promptly after contract closures, ensuring excess funds are returned in a timely manner.
Process requests for Hertz Agreement Extensions from relevant departments, facilitating billing and contract closure.
Release security cheques upon receiving request from Customer Support and Collection teams for agreements closed with no outstanding balances.
