UDA Express is looking for a highly motivated Operations Executive who is willing to learn & grow professionally. The ideal candidate should be reliable and highly organized Operations Executive who has experience in handling full cycles of transportation, freight forwarding operations, should be well versed in Shipping, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management, including suppliers, tracking and monitoring of shipments/orders, import and export procedures, order processing, and preparation of reports. Requirement
- Knowledge of regulation, rules, and best practices of logistics in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai Trade - E MIRSAL
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
- A successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of logistics for import, export, shipping, customs clearance, documentation, warehousing Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to use MS office, PowerPoint, Excel, and some other PC applications.
- Bachelors Degree in Customs or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in handling customs clearance procedures in JAFZA, DAFZA in Dubai, UAE
- Import & Export shipments.
- Knowledge of the regulations, guidelines, and ideal practices for logistics in JAFZA,DAFZA, Dubai Trade - E MIRSAL 2.
- Ability to work independently and keep track of multiple processes
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
