About the role The role holder will assist operations manager for Distributor related daily issues. This will include ordering; reporting; Claims; forecasting; and all other inter departmental issues impacting distributor relations. The person will ensure smooth running of distributor relations along with operation manager. This is Customer services Role Core Responsibilities:
To assist operations manager in daily distributors issues
To ensure on time reporting
To ensure orders are property delivered to supply chain
To ensure forecasting
To ensure that SAP related managerial reports are available to leadership team
To ensure that distributors claims are properly evaluated and submitted to finance for clearance
To ensure distributors get one window solutions for all their queries
To ensure order forms are up to date with changes
To ensure monthly targets are communicated to distributors
Self-Management:
Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of the year
Takes ownership of his/her own learning agenda by identifying development needs in consultation with the manager and agreeing on the individual development plan which goes beyond just training and development
Keeps abreast of professional developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional growth
About the requirements.
Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in FMCG Industry
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
