: We are seeking an Operations Executive to assist the Chief Operating Officer to oversee and facilitate the day-to-day operations of MyGolf Dubai. The Operations Executive will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the venue, delivering top-notch services to our members and guests, and maintaining the facility\'s high standards. This position will require a strong mix of operational, administrative, and customer service skills. Key Responsibilities:
Operations Support:
Ensure a smooth running of the venue operations, including Academy, F&B, and Marketing.
Manage and schedule team rosters, ensuring proper coverage of the operational areas.
Provide guidance and support to staff, ensuring they perform their roles effectively.
Suggest training needs and conduct trainings if required.
Ensure proper reporting and communication flow in the entire venue.
Assist the COO with adhoc tasks, as allocated.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service to members and guests.
Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and address feedback in a professional and friendly manner.
Safety and Compliance:
Enforce safety protocols to ensure the safety and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Financial Management:
Assist in budget planning and control of expenses.
Monitor revenue generation and identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in business management, hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in a similar role within the golf or sports industry.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of golf and recreational facility operations is a plus.
Proficiency in basic computer software for operations management.
Working Conditions:
This role involves working weekends and holidays, given the nature of the golf industry.
Physical activities such as walking, standing, and occasional lifting may be required.
