Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office including Excel, Access, PowerPoint
Ability to learn, explore, understand, and troubleshoot complex systems and integration setups
Ability to convey knowledge and provide training
Good communication skills - Working across multiple projects, communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
In depth knowledge of DG handling and documentation requirements for Imports & Exports
Coordinating with the supplier for packing and labelling
Preparing export documentation for DG shipments
Coordinating with the carriers for bookings
Time definite resolution for all queries
Proactively report discrepancy to the shift supervisors and the team leaders
Perform weekly audits to ensure all shipments are handled as per DG regulations.
Handle day to day DG operational checks
Reporting any non-compliant or incidents to DG & security team
Preparing the DG consolidated reports on monthly basis
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree
knowledge in Logistics and supply chain operational procedures
Dangerous Goods Cat 6 ( 4.1.D) certified
