- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office including Excel, Access, PowerPoint
- Ability to learn, explore, understand, and troubleshoot complex systems and integration setups
- Ability to convey knowledge and provide training
- Good communication skills - Working across multiple projects, communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively
- A team player that can offer support to other team members and has the confidence to ask for assistance when needed.
- Innovative and creative - developing new ideas that would take the business into the highest level of service excellence.
- In depth knowledge of DG handling and documentation requirements for Imports & Exports
- Coordinating with the supplier for packing and labelling
- Preparing export documentation for DG shipments
- Coordinating with the carriers for bookings
- Time definite resolution for all queries
- Proactively report discrepancy to the shift supervisors and the team leaders
- Perform weekly audits to ensure all shipments are handled as per DG regulations.
- Handle day to day DG operational checks
- Reporting any non-compliant or incidents to DG & security team
- Preparing the DG consolidated reports on monthly basis
- Bachelor\'s degree
- knowledge in Logistics and supply chain operational procedures
- Dangerous Goods Cat 6 ( 4.1.D) certified
