Operations Executive

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to oversee our sales activities and drive growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
- Coordinating with logistics and clients to ensure the timely processing of orders from submission to delivery.
- Collaborating with modern trade partners to ensure that our products are available on the shelf and to identify any issues affecting their availability.
- Pushing wholesalers to increase rotation and offer a larger assortment of our products.
- Monitoring inventory levels, preparing forecast reports, and drafting orders to ensure that we are meeting customer demand.
- Conducting market visits to assess our presence and identify new opportunities for growth.
- A valid driving license issued in the UAE.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations in Dubai.
- A proven track record in business development and sales operations, and good communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in the FMCG industry or a similar field.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
