Reply all agents inquiries on time with high professionalism, well-presented offers, full needed information, and the most competitive rates to materialize maximum business. Receive the confirmed bookings with all required information from the customers and open files on an internal system. Ensure that all work is executed in a correct and timely manner in alignment with services booked as per each customer\'s requirements. Arranging for meet & assist, accommodation, transportation, restaurants, guiding, and other related services, according to client itinerary. Facilitating for smooth and easy execution of services from arrival till departure. Send confirmation of the services to the agents on time with full information, presentable and professional way. Adhere to all agents\xe2\x80\x99 requirements to give them maximum satisfaction and create agent loyalty to Maha Balloons brand. Follow-up cash / advances supplier\xe2\x80\x99s payment in coordination with the account to eliminate any issues, which can affect the service. Coordinate with other departments, transportation and ground operation to make sure all services done accordingly to client\xe2\x80\x99s itinerary with accuracy and quality. Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns. Get agents feedback about provided services to their clients, positive and negative points to improve our services. Experience Minimum 2 - 3 years of work experience in the travel and tourisim industry in UAE. Previous experience in hot air ballooning operations will be an added advantage.
