Bonus: 2+ year experience in a high growth startup, top-tier investment banking, consulting, distribution business or e-commerce
You are an expert with Microsoft Excel Play a key role in the support function to the operations of the company
Research - Assist brand and retailer acquisition teams in prospecting and qualifying new client leads
CRM + Other Tools - Become proficient at using software's, CRMs and other tools to maximize efficiency, productivity and automate all repeated processes
- Develop a deep understanding of the Kingpin platform to a Role Model degree where you can train clients, team members and have a deep understanding of our core functionality
Logistics- Being proactive with suppliers and clients and liaising with Third Party Logistics Companies to minimize Logistics Costs and drive maximum transparency and efficiency in Supply Chain for all Parties
Account Management- Maintain highest levels of customers service and composure when servicing both brand and retailer partners
Excel at Excel - Be a pro at Excel, V-Lookups and Pivot Tables are basic, really come with you're A game and take productivity and automation to the next level
Business processes - taking responsibility and accountability for other routine business processes, across finance, operations and HR
Hustling - networking, cold-outreach and hustling to help us set up new areas of the business and/or work with new partners
