Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and digitally skilled
Operations & E-commerce Coordinator
to support our growing business in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone comfortable working across e-commerce platforms, customer service tools, and backend processes -- someone who can wear multiple hats and thrives in a small, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce & Inventory Operations
Manage product listings, pricing, inventory, and updates across e-commerce platforms
Coordinate daily order processing, fulfillment, and logistics
Ensure a smooth and optimized customer experience across all storefronts
Digital Platforms & CRM
Use tools like
Shopify
,
Odoo
, and other CRM platforms to manage customer data and operations
Maintain organized and up-to-date digital records
Generate customer insights and support follow-ups using CRM data
Marketing & Brand Visibility
Coordinate with teams to plan and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms, aligning with brand and marketing goals.
Support promotional campaigns and broader marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Monitor key business metrics and report performance regularly.
Customer Support & Relationship Management
Deliver responsive, empathetic support across WhatsApp, email, and phone, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Maintain comprehensive CRM records, capturing customer profiles and interaction history.
Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform service enhancements and strategic decisions.
Future
: Support the setup and daily operations of our upcoming retail store. Assist walk-in customers and WhatsApp-based consultations.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
1-2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations, digital retail, or a similar role preferred
Hands-on experience with Shopify, Odoo, or similar platforms is strongly preferred
Strong organizational skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
Interest in watches or luxury retail is a plus.
Preference will be given to candidates already residing in Dubai.
