Ecom Direct General Trading LLC is currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

E-commerce

Coordinator to support our growing online sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, handling customer inquiries, coordinating orders, and assisting in digital store operations across various e-commerce platforms.

This role is well-suited for individuals who are tech-savvy, organized, and enthusiastic about online retail and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Upload and manage product listings across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Noon, and company websites Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse for stock updates and order fulfillment Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via chat, email, or phone in a timely and professional manner Process orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of goods Assist in preparing reports on sales performance, returns, and customer feedback Coordinate promotional campaigns, discount codes, and product visibility strategies Perform regular quality checks on online listings, ensuring accuracy in product information, pricing, and images Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to optimize product reach and improve customer satisfaction Maintain knowledge of trends in e-commerce platforms and suggest improvements for system efficiency Support backend tasks, data entry, and administrative requirements related to online business activities

Requirements:

Previous experience in an e-commerce support role or online sales (preferred but not mandatory) Strong communication skills in English; additional language is a plus Basic knowledge of platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Lab, or Shopify is an advantage Good computer skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and web-based tools Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Self-motivated, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision Willingness to learn and adapt to fast-changing online retail environments
