We are currently recruiting for an Operations Coordinator-Security Services Aviation to join our Group Security Services team in Dubai.
Scope: The Security Operations Centre Coordinator is responsible to the Security Operations Centre Manager for the delivery of consistent, compliant, and effective support to the Security Operations Centre.
Responsibilities
Support and participate in the development and implementation of departmental goals and objectives
Supports the daily activities of the Operations Center assuring the highest levels of response times and customer service are achieved
Ensure all records relating to Disciplinary Action and Incident reports are collated and referenced
Oversee the work carried out by the site team ensuring that all client requirements are being met; Conduct TBT at sites and ensure this has been carried out by the supervisor /Senior supervisor
Support the implementation and maintenance of all procedures involving Operational areas; assist in implementing and maintaining all required administrative procedures and policies in line with divisional
Highlight any issues and assist in rectifying them within a specified period liaising with SOC and contract management team; help ensure that expected standards are always adhered to
Interface regularly with the SOC; supports the management and control processes for all operational areas, e.g., the auditing of contract performance on site
Maintain high standard levels while on road with TGSS vehicles and adhere with UAE driving rules and regulations
Meets all requests within the agreed timescale
Strives to exceed customer and client expectations
Carry out investigations as directed by the Head of PSC
Maintain high moral ethics, supporting the PSC team to periodically review and revise policies and procedures for the general operation of the PSC function to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct
Build and maintain strong working relationships with business units to provide advice and guidance on Professional Standards matters and to identify opportunities for new initiatives that will improve standards of behavior
Support the Manager of PSC in developing the Professional Standards strategy and associated policies that are aligned with the Company\xe2\x80\x99s strategic aims and with the Code of Conduct
Seek to Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk within the Company to support the Manager of PSC to develop/implement corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and provide general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future
