The Security Operations Centre Coordinator is responsible to the Security Operations Centre Manager for the delivery of consistent, compliant and effective support to the Security Operations Centre.
Responsibility,
Support and participate in the development and implementation of departmental goals and objectives;
Supports the daily activities of the Operations Center assuring the highest levels of response times and customer service are achieved;
Ensure all records relating to Disciplinary Action and Incident reports are collated and referenced;
Oversee the work carried out by the site team ensuring that all client requirements are being met; Conduct TBT at sites and ensure this has been carried out by the supervisor /Senior supervisor ;
Support the implementation and maintenance of all procedures involving Operational areas; Assist in implementing and maintaining all required administrative procedures and policies in line with divisional ;
Highlight any issues and assist in rectifying them within a specified time period liaising with SOC and contract management team; Help ensure that expected standards are adhered to at all times;
Interface regularly with the SOC ; Supports the management and control processes for all operational areas, e.g. the auditing of contract performance on site;
Maintain high standard levels while on road with TGSS vehicles and adhere with UAE driving rules and regulations;
Meets all requests within the agreed timescale;
Strives to exceed customer and client expectations;
