: * Receiving Inquiries, LPO\'s from Customers & Sales Team on daily basis
About the Team: GB Equipment Solutions (GBES) is the sole dealer for JCB products with its coverage all over UAE. GBES has two State-of-the-Art 3S facilities (Dubai & Abu Dhabi) and three parts sales branches (Sharjah, Alain & Western Region). With a strength of 95 highly trained professionals serving more than 5,000 loyal JCB customers in UAE, GBES has the second largest construction equipment market share in the UAE.
- Maintaining records of LPO\'s (for Pending / Partial Supply)
- Preparation of Sales Credit / Cash Invoices, PRV / Tax Credit Note
- Planning Deliveries to Customers on daily basis
- Assigning Delivery Teams for Delivery to Customers & Coordination on timely Delivery
- Maintaining records of Invoices, Partial Deliveries / Pending Deliveries, Online Registration for Tendering on Customer web Portals
- Coordination with Warehouse / Supply Team on day to day Tasks
- Sending Daily Stock Status Report to Sales Team
- Ensuring Acknowledgement, Filing Invoices, Tax Credit Notes, Cash Invoices for Records
- Daily Sales Report to Management.
- Arranging quotations / Sourcing from Vendors for required Product / Services
- Preparation of Vendor Registration Forms
- Evaluation / Comparisons of material / Services for placing order
- Issuing LPO\'s to Suppliers
- Obtaining Approvals on LPO as per DOA & sending to Vendors
