Operations Coordinator

Job Description

Work hours: 12:00 PM to 08:00 PM time. (Work for Home) You should have access to computer / Laptop, WIFI connection & smart phone. This role will work closely with the Export Operations to ensure smooth processes of Export Department. You will be responsible for:

  • Arranging haulage with shipping lines/hauliers and booking containers.
  • Creating & processing purchase orders & sales orders
  • Arrange shipping via Freight Forwarders
  • Creating Invoices, Packing List, & verifying BOL documents.
  • Issuance of shipping instructions, export bills of lading, freight invoices, telex release and seaway bills
  • Applying for Certificate of Origins via Freight Forwarder when required
  • Dealing with short shipments, customer complaints
  • Export Customs declaration via shipping agent / Freight Forwarder.
  • Organising files in to relevant order's folders.

  • Work well in a team and alone, developing strong working relationships
Job Type: Part-time Salary: From AED1,000.00 per month Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
