-Daily supervision and management of clerical staff, other fleet dispatchers -Coordinate and direct the driver activities and assignments, including, but not limited to daily delivery, vendor pickup, donation processes, facility shuttles programs, special routings, or any other activities involving the driving workforce -Handle all incoming calls and ensure timely responses to customers, vendors, drivers, carriers, etc., communicating any issues to drivers and Operations Management as needed -Utilize department tools to perform daily delivery planning, fleet backhaul planning, all facets of load and trip planning and work instruction to be provided to the driver -Report all equipment repairs and damages to Management in a timely manner -Track and report all driver attendance incidents to ensure staffing levels are adequate EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: -Strong interpersonal, communication and people and change management skills -Prior experience in dispatch and transportation operations required and a working knowledge of Fleet Operations -High School/required, College degree preferred -Strong computer, MS Office, and telephone skills -Proficiency in English required, bilingual preferred Visa : Transferable Can join immediately Job Type: Full-time '
