Operations Coordinator

Job Description

The operation coordinator will be responsible to establish and maintain paper work and relation between operations and all departments to meet Food and beverage sector's objectives and effectively manage the whole sales activities, Local store marketing and timely resolution of customer's compliments. Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support and facilitate the Food and Beverages sector's business units.
  • Responsible to implement competition study to differentiate the sector and its businesses from competitors
  • Responsible to communicate with all support departments .
  • Responsible to prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly operation reports .
  • Communicate with HR for team requirements to be done in time.
  • Communicate with government relation to be sure all certificates, licenses, permit renewed or done in time .
  • Participate in exhibitions and fairs to promote whole sales products.
  • Take full responsibility for the dealing with relevant customer, Departments and staff complaints, queries and requests for information for the start to the end of the process.
  • Record the details of inquiries, complaints, comments and the actions taken.
  • Interact with consumers obtaining details regarding whole sales and services.
  • Manage and coordinate all whole sales activities.
  • Maintaining local stores marketing and contact with clients to ensure high levels of Client Satisfaction .

Qualifications and Experience A minimum of:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a specialization in sales or an equivalent.
  • 2 - 3 years experience with adequate exposure in customer services role in food and beverage sector industry.
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic Language.
  • Proficiency in MSO.
