Operations Coordinator Fm Services
Job Description
The Operations Coordinator is a junior level position, wherein the the employee being shall coordinate our FM services operations to ensure that the service is done within the right time.
Job Responsibilities will include:
Client Communication
Staff & Route Scheduling
Site visits & quote preparation
Payment Follow up
Candidate must have experience in Soft and Hard FM services in the U.A.E.
Must know English & Hindi as mandatory. Arabic, Russian and other languages are not mandatory but always accepted. Candidates with valid U.A.E Driving License preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
Facility Management: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
* Driving License (Preferred)
