. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them navigate licensing options and offering tailored business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients interested in business setup services
Promote and sell company formation packages (Freezone and Mainland)
Provide expert guidance on UAE licensing procedures and documentation
Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service
Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation to closing deals
Coordinate with internal licensing and PRO teams for smooth onboarding
Maintain accurate records in CRM system and prepare daily sales reports
Follow up on leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp professionally
Requirements:
Female candidates are preferred
due to team composition and client communication preferences
Proven experience in
tele sales
or
business setup services
(UAE experience highly desirable)
Strong understanding of Freezone and Mainland licensing structures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (other languages like Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu are a plus)
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software
