Coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow across departments.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of materials and supplies.
Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
Assist in developing and implementing operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains and collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions.
Assist in the coordination of production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products or services to customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and address customer inquiries or concerns.
Assist in vendor management activities, including sourcing, negotiation, and performance evaluation.
Prepare reports and analysis on key operational metrics, trends, and performance indicators.
Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by operations management.
Requirements:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
Previous experience in operations coordination, supply chain management, or related role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
