Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Operations & Maintenance Coordinator having complete knowledge in MEP & HVAC Systems who can oversee the day to day operations of the company. One who have strong leadership skills and an understanding how to effectively coordinate multiple teams at once and communicate with client\'s in solving issues. Job Responsibilities:
- Getting accurate, real-time visibility of team performance
- Better forecasting to help team members to work as a team.
- Creating, communicating and compensating understandable goals
- Reporting sales and campaign results to their management and other departments as needed.
- Preparing work completion report and closing of the Job cards
- Train staff in technical services and processes for service excellence.
- Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes
- Ensuring that company policies and procedures are followed by staff members.
- Evaluating employee performance and making hiring and firing suggetions to the management based on job performance.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Operations Coordinator in MEP & HVAC Systems: 2 years (Preferred)
- UAE Driving License (Preferred)
