Our client is a well-established Learning Centre (with a headcount of 35+) offering Information Technology Trainings, Project and Process Management courses, Business/ Soft Skills Workshops as well as English courses.
Our client wishes to hire an Operations Coordinator with multitasking capabilities. A young candidate with the right attitude and approach, willingness to learn, self-driven, passionate about work, hard worker. Excellent interpersonal skills are a must for this role along with great operation and organizational skills & excellent English writing and communication skills.
This role will report to the COO. You will be responsible in following up on daily work and calls of the COO and on Operational side responsibilities will be related to Training Courses - creating and editing training content, editing online social media related posts, creating PPT Presentations and Excel Files related to courses and training material. Should be good and quick in preparing excel, word and PowerPoint presentations(PPT). Should be well versed with LinkedIn and aware of other Social Media platforms as well. If you have sales skills, you can also help the client with sales calls and follow up too.
