Responsibilities: Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely completion of projects. Monitor production schedules, ensuring goals are met while maintaining high-quality standards. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, maintaining a safe and clean work environment for all employees. Collaborate with other departments to align production schedules with inventory levels and customer demand. Prepare production reports, analyze data, and identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement. Qualifications: Required: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate a team effectively. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using production software preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Ability to work under pressure during tight project deliveries. Good analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Ability to make decisions under pressure. Technical knowledge related to production processes. Preferred: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Art Supply and Picture Framing industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of the sector. Valid UAE Driving License for business-related travel.
