Operations Coordinator assists the Services Team on their day to day activities to successfully operate the plants and successfully meet customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirements and work closely with the Operations Manager, Procurement Manager, Logistics Manager and with other stakeholders to support Operations across Middle East scope.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate and expedite with the sourcing team for issuance of Purchase orders
Expedite with Vendor post PO placement for timely document issuance against purchase order requirements
Coordinate in scheduling inspections with multiple stakeholders
Dispatch coordination with relevant dispatch documents including invoices and packing lists / organizing all shipment documents for LC submissions to the bank
GRN closures and vendor invoice bookings posting to AP team
Working with the PR/PO team to resolve all conflicts that arises during GR and AR posting
Raise purchase Requisitions and follow up with procurement
Developing strong professional relationships internally as well as with third parties and clients
Proactively developing a strong pipeline of active improvement opportunities for reporting and coordination
Supporting Operation teams in other coordination activities deemed necessary
