Job Summary
We are opening a new rehabilitation center in Abu Dhabi. We are seeking a Clinic Operation Officer who will be responsible for site selection, licensing, fit-out, staffing, EMR integration, and full operational management of the clinic after launch.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and shortlist suitable premises for the clinic, conduct site visits, negotiate with landlords, and secure necessary NOCs.
Manage the full Department of Health (DoH / TAMM) licensing process (Preliminary Approval ? Permanent License).
Oversee fit-out works, contractor coordination, and compliance with DoH facility design standards.
Recruit, license, and onboard staff (PQR, Dataflow).
Implement EMR system and ensure connection to Malaffi.
Establish agreements with suppliers and insurance providers.
Take charge of daily operations after launch, including staff management, scheduling, KPI tracking, patient experience, and overall service quality.
Requirements
Proven experience in opening and managing a healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi.
Strong knowledge of DoH licensing procedures (TAMM) and Malaffi integration.
Experience in site selection and leasing process for medical centers.
Strong organizational, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
