Job Description

: As an Operations Manager for Holiday Homes, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of holiday homes to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Responsibilities: 1.Property Management:Oversee the overall management and maintenance of holiday homes, ensuring they are in excellent condition and ready for guest occupancy.
Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Develop and implement procedures to maintain cleanliness, safety, and security of the properties. 2.Guest Services:Ensure outstanding guest experiences by providing excellent customer service and addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
Manage guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a smooth process.
Continuously seek ways to enhance the guest experience and exceed their expectations. 3.Staff Management:train, and manage a team of employees, including housekeeping, maintenance, and other relevant staff.
Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance to ensure high productivity and adherence to quality standards.
Provide guidance, support, and coaching to the team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee growth and development. 4.Inventory and Financial Management:Manage inventory levels of supplies, amenities, and equipment required for guest stays.
Maintain accurate records of inventory and conduct regular audits to ensure adequate stock levels.
Monitor and control operational expenses to maximize profitability while maintaining service quality.
Assist in budget preparation and forecasting, providing insights and recommendations for cost-saving measures. 5.Compliance and Safety:Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations, including health and safety standards, building codes, and licensing requirements.
Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to holiday home operations. Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Min Experience 01-02 years
  • Proven experience in property management, preferably in the hospitality industry or real estate industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software and MS Office suite.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.
  • UAE driving license
Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to AED8,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • Holiday Homes/ Short Term Rental: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Real Estate /Sales /Business Development: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
  • UAE Driving License (Preferred)
