Responsible for overseeing all aspects of a catering operation, including strategy, logistics, staffing, vendor management, and financial performance to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Preferrred candidate must have deep knowledge of catering operations, experience in budget management, and strong leadership skills to manage teams and maintain client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of catering services, including food preparation, presentation, and quality control.
Manage staffing needs, including recruitment, training, and team management, to ensure efficient operations.
Ensure smooth logistical operations and manage purchasing and vendor relationships.
Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and work to achieve or exceed financial goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, chefs, and other stakeholders.
Develop and implement strategic plans to meet financial goals and achieve quality service objectives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant local regulations.
Required Skills & Experience:
A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in catering or hospitality operations.
In-depth understanding of all facets of catering operations.
Proven experience in managing teams and leading in similar senior roles.
Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
