Job Description

Polaris Corporate Services is seeking a dynamic and proactive Operations & Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. This hybrid role combines operational oversight with active sales responsibilities, offering an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow in a fast-paced business services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with our in-house PRO and external PRO companies to ensure smooth execution of client processes (visa applications, medical tests, biometrics, etc.). Assist the company CEO with day-to-day operations, project tracking, and overall task management. Handle client consultations regarding company formation in Dubai and other business services (training will be provided on specific areas like visa processes). Accompany clients to government appointments when needed (e.g., medical fitness test, biometric center). Follow up with leads, convert inquiries into sales, and maintain strong client relationships. Prepare reports, draft operational documents, and monitor internal workflows. Conduct calls with clients to address their questions and guide them through the process.
Requirements:

Strong knowledge of company formation processes in Dubai (Free Zone/Mainland/Offshore). Ability to manage both operations and sales independently. Excellent communication skills in English (Russian is a plus). Highly organized and capable of multitasking. Proactive, professional, and able to work both independently and in a team.
