Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

Oversee the end-to-end execution of interior fitout projects (commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality). Plan, schedule, and manage resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Coordinate with design, procurement, and subcontractor teams to ensure smooth project workflow. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety, and compliance with UAE regulations. Manage project documentation, approvals, and handover processes.

Sales & Business Development:

Identify new business opportunities and develop client relationships in the UAE fitout/interior design market. Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and cost estimates to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, and corporate clients. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and innovative fitout solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or Business Administration. Minimum

5-7 years of UAE experience

in interior fitout project management and sales. Proven track record of successfully delivering fitout projects from concept to completion. Strong knowledge of UAE municipality and Civil Defense regulations related to fitout works. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously. Valid UAE Driving License is a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP or similar project management certification. Experience with

design & build projects

. Strong network of clients, consultants, and suppliers in the UAE.
