Role Overview
We are seeking a field-based Sales Representative to support the expansion of Cigaronne across selected on-trade accounts.
The role focuses on account acquisition, relationship management, and consistent brand presence, with an emphasis on quality partnerships rather than aggressive sales tactics.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new on-trade accounts in line with company strategy
Present Cigaronne products to relevant decision-makers
Support account onboarding from first order through activation
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with assigned accounts
Ensure Cigaronne is represented in line with brand and regulatory guidelines
Collect market feedback and share insights with management
Maintain accurate records of field activity
Candidate Profile
Required
Experience in field sales, ideally within FMCG, tobacco, alcohol, or hospitality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional presentation and confidence when engaging clients
Ability to work independently in a field-based role
Valid UAE driving licence
Preferred
Existing on-trade or hospitality network
UAE market experience
