Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Onsite Technician to join our team. As an Onsite Technician, you will be responsible for providing roadside assistance to clients with battery issues. You will be responsible for diagnosing and fixing battery-related issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must be a problem solver, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide onsite assistance to clients with battery issues Diagnose and troubleshoot battery-related issues Install new batteries when required Ensure that the client's vehicle is safe to operate before leaving the site Educate clients on proper battery maintenance and care Maintain accurate records of services provided Follow all safety procedures and guidelines Maintain and clean equipment used on the job Meet performance goals and targets

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing car battery issues Familiarity with all types of car batteries and charging systems Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Physical ability to lift heavy equipment Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in roadside assistance Experience using diagnostic equipment Knowledge of local roads and highways
