We (Universal Telecom FZCO) are looking for skilled and experienced
iPhone Technicians (Level 02 and Level 03)
to join our technical team.
The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in iPhone repairs, diagnostics, and component-level troubleshooting. You will be responsible for restoring used devices to fully functional condition, following company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Level 03 Technician:
Perform advanced motherboard-level repairs including soldering, reballing, and chip replacement (e.g. U2 IC, CPU, NAND, Touch IC).
Use advanced tools such as hot air stations, microscopes, and multimeters for diagnostics and repairs.
Troubleshoot no power, boot loop, and other logic board-related issues.
Read and interpret board schematics and diagrams.
Maintain records of repaired units and detailed reporting of faults and fixes.
Ensure devices meet full functionality and quality control standards
Level 02 Technician:
Perform mid-level repairs including screen replacement, battery change, camera, charging port, and other modular parts.
Conduct device testing and initial diagnostics using industry tools and software.
Identify cosmetic and functional issues in used devices.
Follow proper ESD and safety protocols during handling and repair.
Update repair status in the system and ensure proper labeling of parts and devices.
