Job Description

We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented battery Technicians to join our team for manufacturing batteries. The ideal candidate will specialize in the assembly, testing, and manufacturing of cells and battery packs for advanced applications, particularly for the drones. Candidates with a background in battery , electronics, or related fields are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain equipment used in the manufacturing of battery cells and packs. Perform quality control checks at various stages of production to ensure adherence to safety and performance standards. Assemble battery cells into modules and packs, integrating additional components such as BMS (Battery Management Systems) when required. Collaborate with the engineering and R&D teams to refine processes and implement new manufacturing technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the manufacturing and assembly processes. Maintain records of production runs, testing results, and process adjustments.

Qualifications:

Experience in battery cell manufacturing or a related field. Familiarity with processes such as slurry mixing, electrode preparation, calendaring, stacking, and pouch or cylindrical cell assembly. Basic understanding of electrochemistry and the properties of battery materials. Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment, such as coating machines, roll press, vacuum ovens, and electrolyte filling systems. Ability to follow detailed protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

Preferred Background:

Open to both entry-level technicians with relevant technical training and experienced professionals in battery cell manufacturing. Candidates with experience in battery research, development, or pilot-scale manufacturing will have an advantage.
