Job Summary:

As a Team Lead with expertise in both mechanical and electrical systems, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex issues, ensuring the smooth functioning of equipment, and providing guidance to junior technicians. Your in-depth knowledge and diagnostic abilities will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of diagnostic technicians, ensuring efficient workflow and quality of service.

Diagnose, service, repair, and overhaul vehicle components independently, including Engine, Transmission, Brake, Suspension, A/C, Electrical, and Hybrid systems.

Utilize specialized diagnostic tools, equipment, and service software to accurately identify vehicle faults and performance issues.

Interpret wiring diagrams, technical data, and workshop manuals for effective troubleshooting and repair.

Accurately read, transcribe, and maintain service records and job orders in compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians, promoting skill development and adherence to best practices.

Collaborate with service advisors and workshop controllers to ensure clear communication and timely delivery of services.

Stay current with industry technologies, particularly for premium vehicle brands like Bentley, BMW, VW, Audi, Porsche, Mercedes, and Jeep.

Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained at all times in the workshop environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering or a recognized automotive technical certification (e.g., ITI - NCVT Certificate, ITC).

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Diagnostic Technician.

Proven experience with German, European, and American vehicle models.

Strong knowledge of car computer systems and diagnostic tools.

Proficiency with scan tools, wiring diagrams, and workshop manuals.

Valid UAE driving license is an added advantage.
