Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role located in Abu Dhabi for an Onsite BIM Coordinator.
The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for leading the coordination and implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes on various architectural projects.
Daily tasks include collaborating with project teams, overseeing BIM execution plans, ensuring BIM standards are met, and coordinating among multiple disciplines, including Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP).
Project management and effective communication with all stakeholders are crucial aspects of the role.

Qualifications
BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM) skills
Experience in Architecture and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)
Project Management skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in relevant BIM software and tools
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
Experience in the engineering consultancy field is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
