, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the BIM process across Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing disciplines. You will work closely with project managers, consultants, engineers, and site teams to ensure model accuracy, clash detection, and efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate MEP systems using BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts between various MEP systems and structural/architectural components.
Manage and update 3D models and drawings throughout the design and construction phases.
Ensure adherence to BIM standards, protocols, and project timelines.
Collaborate with consultants and subcontractors to integrate MEP models and data.
Generate coordinated shop drawings and as-built models.
Provide BIM support and training to team members as required.
Participate in coordination meetings and report progress to the BIM Manager/Project Manager.
Requirements:
Minimum
7 years of proven UAE experience
in MEP coordination using BIM. (Home country experience will not be considered.)
Proficient in
Autodesk Revit,
Navisworks Manage
,
AutoCAD
, and
ACC BIM Collaboration
.
Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction practices, and coordination workflows.
Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail and deadlines.
