Job Description

We are seeking a skilled

BIM Coordinator

with an architectural background to join our team. The role involves managing and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in project delivery. The BIM Coordinator will work closely with project teams, consultants, and clients to implement BIM standards, manage models, resolve clashes, and support design and construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. Ensure compliance with company and project-specific BIM standards and workflows. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve design and coordination issues. Conduct clash detection and manage coordination reports. Maintain model accuracy, structure, and data integrity throughout project stages. Assist in preparing design documentation, drawings, and schedules extracted from BIM models. Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks, etc.). Participate in project coordination meetings with stakeholders. Support BIM implementation, model audits, and quality checks. Stay updated with industry trends, BIM technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in

Architecture

(mandatory). Proven experience as a

BIM Coordinator

or similar role in architectural/engineering projects. Strong knowledge of

Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD

; experience with BIM 360 / ACC is an advantage. Familiarity with multidisciplinary project coordination (Architectural, Structural, MEP). Knowledge of BIM standards such as ISO 19650, AIA, / Ashghal or other international guidelines. Strong problem-solving and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience:

3-6 years of professional experience in BIM coordination. Experience in large-scale building or infrastructure projects. Exposure to clash detection, model audits, and LOD standards. Ability to lead and guide BIM modelers/technicians.
