Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Online Customer Service & Sales Support professional with abaya experience to engage customers, guide them through online orders, and drive sales. The ideal candidate will speak Arabic with an Emirati accent, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable using Instagram, WhatsApp, and other online platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Respond promptly to customer queries on Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms.

- Assist customers with pricing, product details, order placement, and alterations.

- Follow up on abandoned carts to convert inquiries into confirmed sales.

- Liaise with the shipping company o resolve delivery issues.

- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Fluent in Arabic (Emirati accent prefered)

- Previous experience in customer service, online sales, or e-commerce.

- Ability to commute to our Ajman office at least once a week, with the possibility of transitioning to a fully on-site role in the future, either in Ajman or at our branches in Sharjah or Abu Dhabi.

- Familiarity with Instagram, WhatsApp, Shopify, or online retail tools.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complaints professionally.

- Able to work hybrid, some office/shop presence may be required (Abu Dhabi OR Sharjah).

- Passionate about sales and providing exceptional customer experiences.
