Job Title: Customer Service & Sales Associate
Location: Nad Al Sheba4, Dubai
We are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our team and oversee the main floor, concept store, and flowers section at our villa.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist walk-in customers, providing excellent service and product knowledge
Handle customer orders received through walk-ins, WhatsApp, and website
Support sales efforts and help customers find products that suit their needs
Ensure displays and stock in the concept store and flowers section are well maintained and appealing
Ensures excellent customer satisfaction and resolve any customer issues promptly
Follow and ensure daily operational standards to create a pleasant shopping experience
Coordinate with staff and support smooth daily workflow
Requirements:
Strong customer service and sales skills
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, basic POS systems, etc.)
English language proficiency is a must
Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
Prior supervisory experience is a plus
