We're hiring a proactive, Arabic-speaking Customer Service & Sales specialist to manage WhatsApp conversations, re-engage warm leads who didn't close, and convert inquiries into sales. Fluency in English is required. Key Responsibilities:- - Respond to customer inquiries on WhatsApp (and other channels) in Arabic & English with fast, friendly, accurate support. - Follow up with prospects who didn't complete purchase or stopped responding, recover abandoned carts and nurture warm leads. - Qualify needs, recommend products/services, share quotes/invoices, and close sales. - Maintain clean records in CRM/WhatsApp Business labels, log conversations, reasons for loss, and next steps. - Hit weekly KPIs: first-response time, conversion rate, CSAT/NPS, and revenue targets. - Coordinate with operations/fulfillment on orders, returns, and delivery issues. - Create message templates/FAQs and share customer insights to improve processes and offers. Requirements:- - Arabic native, fluent + strong English (written and spoken). - 1-3+ years in online customer service & sales, preferably using WhatsApp Business. - Strong closing & objection-handling skills, disciplined with follow-ups. - Comfortable with KPIs and basic reporting. - Experience with CRM/helpdesk tools. - Ability to work flexible hours/shifts when needed. Nice to Have:- - E-commerce or services background (Shopify) - Knowledge of UAE market and delivery/payment workflows.
